Jarvis Cocker’s Sunday Service show on BBC 6 radio is a revelation to me. I stumbled across an archive of the shows here. All that I’ve heard have been wonderful. Jarvis’ eclectic music taste, penchant for the silly, and his gorgeous sonorous voice gives me a special thrill and I now have a huge crush on him (like I didn’t already).
But take that radio crush and times it by a zillion, because the mega dishy, small-eyed comedian Julian Barratt did a fill-in spot for Jarvis a while back, and it is a very excellent couple hours of radio. Someone give that man a radio show please.
